These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants in the promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. To claim the £50 Amazon Voucher, Kennel Club Breed Rescue’s (KCBR) must become a live partner of Agria Pet Insurance and activate free cover.
2. This offer is available exclusively to Kennel Club Breed Rescue organisations.
3. Terminated partners of the KCBR will not be eligible to claim the £50 Amazon Voucher.
4. KCBR organisations must sign up via the partner form on the landing page - Cat & Dog Rehoming Insurance | Agria Pet Insurance or via Karen Green.
5. The £50 Amazon Voucher will only be available to KCBR’s who sign up between 1 December 2024 and 31 December 2024.
6. Rehoming organisations who are already partnered with Agria Pet Insurance are excluded from this offer. 
7. Rehoming organisations who are already partnered with both, The KCBR and Agria Pet Insurance are excluded from this offer. 
8. This offer is open to residents in the UK and Northern Ireland who are aged 18 years + and are live partners with The Kennel Club, Breed Rescue.
9. Channel Islands and Isle of Man are excluded.

11. Agria does not accept any liability for damage or injury sustained as a result of receiving or using any prizes.
12. If for any reason this giveaway cannot be run as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this prize, the Promoter (Agria Pet Insurance) may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the giveaway or invalidate any affected entries.
13. Agria Pet Insurance, its associated agencies and supporting companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the free gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
14. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction. 
15. The promoter (Agria Pet Insurance) reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that does not adhere to these terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions

1. This giveaway is open to residents in the UK and Northern Ireland, who are aged 18 years + and who are live partners with Agria Pet Insurance.
2. Channel Islands and Isle of Man are excluded.
3. B2B – Rehoming Partner, Vet Practices (AA + OA), Breeders (ABC only).
4. Microchipping partners are not eligible to part-take in the Monthly Prize Draw.
5. 1 Activation = 1 Entry.
6. All activations MUST be linked to a policy number to be counted within the Monthly Prize Draw. Drop offs within the online journey will NOT be counted.
7. Giveaways are subject to availability.

17. Runners up x10 (Per Channel) £20 voucher.
18. Prize draws will begin on the 1st of every month and end on the months retrospective date (i.e 29th, 30th, 31st).
19. Activations made by any B2B channel will NOT be carried over. 
20. Winner will receive their voucher code directly from GiftCloud on behalf of Agria Per Insurance.

Additional, Terms and Conditions for Rehoming Partners:

1. To be entered into the Monthly Prize Draw, rehoming organisations must be a live partner. Partners who have issued a termination will not be included.
2. Partners who have been issued a termination by Agria Pet Insurance will not be included.
3. To be in with a chance of winning 1 of 13 prizes, rehoming organisations must activate free cover for eligible cats and dogs in their care.
4. 13 vouchers will be available to win each month.
5. 13 rehoming organisations will be chosen at random and across their in-house category each month.
6. Prize tiers will be distributed to the winning rehoming organisations as a whole. Individual staff members will not receive a voucher.
7. The winning 13 organisations names’, email addresses and contact number will be shared securely with our fulfilment distributor in line with our Privacy Policy for the purpose of voucher completion.
8. The winning 13 organisations names’, will be shared across our social media pages and within email comms. 
9. Prize winners' consent to taking part in any promotional material Agria request, i.e., Quotes, photographs and how the prize was used.
10. All elements of the giveaway are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
11. Should the Promoter be unable to contact winners or should the winners be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

4. 13 vouchers will be available to win each month.
5. 13 vet practices will be chosen at random each month. 
6. Prize tiers will be distributed to the winning vet practice as a whole. Individual staff members will not receive a voucher.
7. The winning 13 practice names’, email addresses and contact number will be shared securely with our fulfilment distributor in line with our Privacy Policy for the purpose of voucher completion.

2. The Kennel Club Breeder 5 week free insurance providers are excluded from this Monthly Prize Draw.
3. Breeders who have been issued a termination by Agria Pet Insurance will not be included.
4. To be in with a chance of winning 1 of 13 prizes, Breeders must activate free cover for eligible puppy or kitten in their litter.
5. 13 vouchers will be available to win each month.
6. 13 Breeders will be chosen at random each month.
7. The winning 13 Breeder names’, email addresses and contact number will be shared securely with our fulfilment distributor in line with our Privacy Policy for the purpose of voucher completion.
8. The winning 13 Breeder names’, will be shared across our social media pages and within email comms.

The £25 annual preventative healthcare voucher , available on our Dog and Cat Lifetime Plus policies only, is available from first renewal. This voucher may be used in any UK veterinary practice. You must have a current Agria Pet Insurance Lifetime plus policy to be eligible to redeem you £25 Healthcare bonus. Only one voucher is redeemable for each insured pet each year.

Instructions on how to redeem a Love Louie Agria box of your choice will be sent to you by email 90 days after the start of your policy, subject to your policy being live and premiums up to date.
