Great customer service
Being a first time claimant after owning horses for 25 years I was worried about needing to use the service as you always hear horror stories. Having spoken to Shane, he has put my mind at ease and talked me through all I need to do tp claim and highlighted other benefits on my policy and made me feel very valued. Happy Customer 😊

Horse insurance explained
Insurance can be confusing – we want to help. Here are some explanations of important areas of insurance you need to know about.
“Our dogs are insured with Agria and we’ve always been so pleased with the level of service. When Agria launched its equine insurance, we immediately insured our two horses so they, too, could be in Agria’s safe hands and enjoy the same level of care our dogs have experienced.”
