    Excellent customer care!

We’ve been with Agria for years. Our wee pup Max recently died (he was old but it was unexpected and traumatic). Without me even having to ring and chase, Agria stopped taking money from my account and also refunded the half of the month after he passed away without being asked. This is so unusual for modern companies and I am so impressed with this customer care (goes beyond customer service I’d say). Thanks guys, we’ll be staying loyal!

    Superb customer service

I had reason to call Agria again this year and spoke, again, to Robert Woodcock whose customer service must by now be legendary! It's people like Robert who make me stay with Agria! Thanks again Robert
