London Vet Show

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Game Giveaway:

1. Maximum of 6 entries can be made by one person.
2. This prize is open to residents in the UK, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man who are aged 18 years +.
3. Employees of Agria Pet Insurance are not eligible to enter.
4. Details of players must be submitted into the Survey Monkey to be eligible for the giveaway.
5. Only the winners details will be shared with Adam Henson’s Cotswold Farm Park for the sole purpose of redemption of the prize.
6. Your marketing preferences will be unaffected by entering this prize draw.
7. To qualify for the Adam Henson’s Cotswold Farm Park Holiday weekend away prize, you must come to the Agria Pet Insurance stand G45 at the 2024 London Vet Show and play the stand game, Beat the Buzz.
8. The promotional game runs from the 14th November 2022 until the 15th November 2024.
9. The fastest finisher at the top of the leader board will be the winner of the Adam Henson’s Cotswold Farm Park Holiday weekend away. In the event of a tie, a winner will be selected at random.
10. The winner will be contacted after the 2024 London Vet Show ends to organise redemption of prize.
11. In the event the winner cannot be contacted, Agria reserves the right to contact the 2nd place finisher, so on and so forth to redeem the prize.
12. Maximum 2-night stay in a Cotswold Lodge at Adam Henson’s Cotswold Farm Park Holiday. Hot Tub included
13. Mid-week stays only (Mon-Fri) for up to 6 people plus pets.
14. Must be redeemed before 31st December 2025.
15. Agria does not accept any liability for damage or injury sustained as a result of taking part in “Beat the Buzz”.
16. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
17. The promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that does not adhere to these terms and conditions. 

Vetlife Memberships:

1. This Vetlife membership offering will be available between 14th – 15th November 2024.
2. Memberships can only be given out by an Agria staff member, from STAND G45.
3. The Vetlife memberships are valid for one year only.
4. Agria have purchased individual Vetlife memberships to giveaway.
5. One membership per person permitted.
6. Memberships cannot be shared.
7. Individual codes will be passed to the client to input when ‘purchasing’ their membership.
8. To redeem the membership, staff need to sign up via the Vet life website.
9. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.
10. Details will be taken from those wishing to gain a membership in order to gift the memberships. 

Additional Terms

1. Agria does not accept any liability for damage or injury sustained as a result of receiving or using the prize.
2. The promoter (Agria Pet Insurance) reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that does not adhere to these terms and conditions.
3. If for any reason this giveaway cannot be run as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this offer, the promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the offer or invalidate any affected entries.
4. Agria Pet Insurance and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the free gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
5. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
