Lifetime cover means the best care, with no time limits on individual conditions. It covers veterinary expenses for your pet throughout their life - as long as you renew the policy and pay the premiums. Lifetime pet insurance provides ongoing coverage for chronic conditions as well as one off illnesses and accidents. What's included with lifetime cover?
Your exact cover will depend on your pet and chosen policy, however we've put a rough guide together below.
Vet fee cover
Select your vet fee cover when you buy your policy. Cover for dogs and cats is up to £20,000, horses up to £10,000 and rabbits up to £2,500.
Cover for chronic conditions
So long as there are no signs or symptoms before the start of your policy, or during the exclusion period, you can be covered for chronic or recurring conditions for your pet's lifetime.
Anytime access to vet advice
Speak to a vet any time, day or night, if you need advice for your animal using the Agria app.

What's not covered?
Policy exclusions depend on the pet you are insuring, however as standard we do not include the following.
Cover for pre-existing conditions that started before your policy
Conditions that began or showed symptoms before your policy started are considered pre-existing. Conditions that arise after your policy exclusion period ends are covered as long as the policy remains active.
The cost of routine pet care, such as vaccinations and check-ups
But, if you choose our most extensive cover, we’ll give you a £25 voucher every year to help with the cost.

What do I need to get a quote?
It only takes a few minutes to get a lifetime pet insurance quote. You’ll need to know the following:

Why should I choose lifetime pet insurance cover?
There’s no NHS for pets.
