Make a claim
To submit a claim on behalf of a client, you’ll need:
- Their policy number.
- An itemised invoice or receipt from your vet or online pharmacy.
- The pet’s clinical history.
- The reference number from their last claim, if this is a further claim for an ongoing condition.

Really excellent horse insurance
Really excellent horse insurance! This was my first ever claim and there were no quibbles. They did want a lot of documentation but I didn’t see a problem in that. Once I had provided it they paid my claim quickly!
