10am to 6pm on Saturday and 10am to 5pm on Sunday.

Standard parking at DogFest is free* and does not require a ticket.

Premium Parking:

If you would like to park near the entrance to the show, Premium Parking is available and costs £5 per car.

Blue Badge Parking:

Blue badge parking is situated next to Premium Parking and is free of charge*. You do not need to book this.

*Tatton Park Parking:

Please note, Tatton Park charges a fee for parking which needs to be purchased directly from the venue. Parking at Tatton costs £9 per car – it’s a reduced rate for the DogFest weekend and you can save 10% on this by booking in advance. Visit Tatton Park bookings here. (Bookings open in April).

Blue Badge holders will need to pay for parking online with Tatton Park at a reduced price. All they need on the day of entry is their Blue Badge card or other disability card.

Yes, parking is included in the DogFest Plus ticket and you do not need to purchase parking. This includes at Tatton Park – if you have purchased a DogFest Plus ticket you do not need to purchase parking via the venue.

DogFest is committed to making everyone’s experience enjoyable. Please do consider that the festival is an outdoor event in grass fields and the ground may have gradients or uneven surfaces, especially if we are experiencing wet weather.

Whilst we have made a great effort to provide facilities to accommodate for this there will inevitably be some areas that are hard to navigate.

DogFest has mobility scooters for hire. These can be pre-booked or hired on the day. Pre-booking will open nearer to the time of each festival, and we recommend pre-booking to avoid disappointment.

Each toilet village includes one accessible toilet cubicle. These cubicles are designed to accommodate wheelchairs, offering more space than standard units and they include a washbasin.

All of our events will also have a high dependency toilet unit (HDU). With a height adjustable bed, privacy screen and hoist, the HDU ensures that everyone can enjoy DogFest in a safe and dignified space.

These will be labelled on our festival map and signposted at the event. 

Yes, baby changing facilities are offered as fold-down tables in our standard accessible toilets.

There are no cash machines inside the festival. Most exhibitors will accept card payments, but we strongly recommend you bring cash with you on the day.  Some of the paid for activities and competitions accept cash payments only.

We do not offer camping at DogFest. However, should you wish to camp nearby you can find a dog-friendly campsite in the vicinity at www.campingandcaravanningclub.co.uk

XL Bullies are welcome at DogFest.  They must follow government guidelines, wear a muzzle and be on a lead.

At DogFest, we’re dedicated to creating a safe and enjoyable experience for all dog lovers. We understand that everyone’s journey with their furry friend is unique, and we want to work together to create a positive and welcoming environment for everyone. If you encounter a situation that requires immediate attention, please locate a DogFest staff member in a branded t-shirt. They can assist you in addressing the issue discreetly and professionally.

We’re excited to welcome all dog lovers to DogFest! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask all attendees to practice responsible and compassionate dog ownership.

Please consider the following guidelines:

• Gentle training methods: We encourage the use of positive reinforcement training techniques, such as rewards and praise. Avoid harsh or aversive methods that can cause stress and fear in dogs.
• Safe and comfortable collars: Please refrain from using prong collars or other restrictive devices that can cause discomfort or injury. If your dog is wearing one of these collars at DogFest they will not be allowed to enter the Fun Dog Show.
• Responsible leash use: Keep your dog on a leash at all times and be mindful of others. Avoid using excessively long leashes that can pose a tripping hazard or hinder your ability to control your dog.
• Docked ears: Ear docking is illegal, your dog is welcome at DogFest but will not be able to enter the Fun Dog Show.
• Mindful dog behaviour: If your dog exhibits aggressive or reactive behaviour, please consider leaving them at home and join us yourself at DogFest to visit our Behaviour Zone for brilliant advice on responsible dog parenting.
• XL Bullies are welcome when muzzled and on a leash.
• Respectful interactions: Always supervise your dog’s interactions with other dogs and people.

At DogFest, we’re committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. In the event of unexpected weather conditions, we have a range of contingency plans in place to ensure the festival runs smoothly. We’ll keep attendees updated with any changes to the schedule or event layout, so you can continue to enjoy all the fun, no matter what the weather brings!

Visitors should make extra provision for any weather eventuality. From wellies to sun hats, blankets to brollies – be prepared.

You’ll still be able to find our large ball pit in the PlayZone area of DogFest. We have a secondary dedicated smaller ball pit in the DogFest Plus Paddock.

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  

1. This prize draw is open to residents in the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man who are aged 18 years or over who meet the terms and conditions to qualify. Employees of Agria Pet Insurance are not eligible to enter.  
2. The Promoter referred to throughout these Terms and Conditions is Agria Pet Insurance. 
3. To qualify for the ticket giveaway, you must follow the instructions on the competition social posts or email communications, this will require logging into your Agria Rewards.
4. The promotional period ends on 30th April 2025.
5. Any comments considered by the Promoter to be inappropriate or offensive will be removed and the entrant will be disqualified.
6. You may enter as many times as you wish throughout the promotional period, however each entrant may only win one pair of tickets.  
7. There are 50 pairs of tickets to win in this promotion.
8. The winner will be contacted by the 30th of April 2025 via email with details of how to claim their DogFest tickets. Please note this will be an e-ticket via email.  
9. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the closing date, an alternative winner will be chosen.
10. Each winner will receive ONE pair of DogFest tickets which will be valid for one event in 2025.  
11. By entering the competition, you acknowledge the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
12. By entering the competition, you acknowledge that Agria may share your data (email address) with third parties (ie. DogFest and Agria Rewards) and your marketing preferences will be unaffected by entering this prize draw.  
13. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.  
14. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.  
15. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that does not adhere to these terms and conditions.  
16. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
17. If for any reason any aspect of this prize draw is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this prize draw, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the  prize draw or invalidate any affected entries.  
18. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
