Sustainability

In early 2022, we became the UK’s first carbon positive pet insurance company. That means we remove more CO2 than we create.

This wouldn’t have been possible without everyone in the incredible Agria team each playing a part in helping us to be green and sustainable.

Hear from Janet, our Commercial Director and UK Sustainability Lead, and Chantelle our partner from Eco Offset, about the difference we are making every day.

Diversity and inclusion

At Agria, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered.

We value the unique experiences, skills, and insights that each individual brings to our organisation, as it fuels innovation and enables us to provide the best possible solutions for our customer.

We actively promote equal opportunities and work to eliminate any barriers that may hinder individual growth or success within our organisation.

In our pursuit of inclusivity, we are dedicated to:

  • Equal access to opportunities for professional development and advancement.
  • Respect for diversity and diverse perspectives.
  • Open dialogue with input from people across the team.
