Meet Megan Lamont, our Operations Training Manager
I started at Agria in 2013 as a Telephone Sales Agent, I had only ever worked in retail so for me this was a new, and rather scary, experience.
Throughout my time at Agria I have been able to make each day my own, I’ve been given progression opportunities within Agria from Team Leader to Trainer, and I now find myself as the Operations Training Manager.
Opportunities and hard work
Those opportunities would have never been possible without the combination of my hard work and the opportunities that Agria has afforded me. I have been able to try new things, and find my own niche and passions.
Motivation
What motivates me to get out of bed in the morning? I need a company that inspires me, a product that I feel passionate about, and a position that challenges me and stretches me into different areas. I also need a management that encourages and empowers me to do my best with a great work environment and team spirit.
Agria Pet Insurance is a company that inspires me. I like the mindset and culture, and being part of a team that gives its best to provide the best care for pets and peace of mind to their owners. For me, this is more than a job. I’m investing my time, my knowledge and experience in a company that has and still is, investing in me.
