The role:
We’re looking for a Direct Marketing Executive to join our team here at Agria Pet Insurance!
Passionate about direct communication and customer engagement, you will be responsible for developing and executing direct marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. You’ll work across multiple channels—including email, SMS, direct mail, and email.
We work to a hybrid model where you'll be expected in the Aylesbury office, once a week every Wednesday. The rest of your week will be spent at home.
What you'll be doing:
3rd Party Management
• Working closely of 3rd party agencies to deliver customer contact strategy. Customer Communications and Campaigns
• Writing briefs and liaising with our print/email agencies for successful delivery of our acquisition and retention campaigns, plus responsibility over our regular and ad hoc customer service communications
• Liaising with key stakeholders including Operations, Underwriting, Compliance and the wider marketing team to amend service communications to our customers including writing briefs, amending copy and working with our print/email agencies to deliver the campaigns, and using our internal systems to get signoff of letters and campaigns to ensure compliance and accurate messaging and tone of voice
• Creating or amending dynamic content using a Letter Management System to deliver personalised communications to our customers
• Monthly reporting of contact volumes, related costs and to provide recommendations on future approaches for improvements.
• Support the Operations team with customer queries and complaints related to our campaigns and service communications Creative/Content
• Support in the creation and delivery of customer service messaging and marketing collateral including email, print and SMS.
• Build emails using Dotdigital and assist the team with arranging the content and delivery of the monthly Agria Newsletter
What we're looking for:
• Excellent organisational skills
• Understanding of building emails using templates in DotDigital
• Understanding of writing and/or briefing dynamic content using a Letter Management System to deliver personalised communications to our customers
• Be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, at all levels within the business and liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues
• Able to coordinate multiple external communications’ messages at any one time
• Ability to priorities workloads and use own initiative
