Over the years, we’ve discovered how many small changes, like cutting back on paper use and planting trees, can lead us to bigger plans about the future we want for our pets. That’s why we’re proud to share with you our 10-Point Promise to the Planet.

Our mission is to expand green spaces through tree planting, develop our team's personal potential, and increase insured pets' access to quality healthcare.

We’re committed to tracking our environmental footprint, continuously assessing our impact so we can keep improving. Whether it’s counting how many trees we plant or calculating the carbon pawprint of our policies, measurement is a tool to help us drive change.

We aim to reduce incidences of treatable illnesses in pets through our comprehensive insurance policies, while minimising our carbon footprint every year too. We are working to lower carbon emissions from our day-to-day activities and minimise paper use through digital communication. By reducing waste, we’re helping to create a cleaner, greener world, one that’s safer for our pets and us too.
